What does “research use only” mean?
“Research use only” means the product is intended for laboratory, educational, or research purposes.
It is not labeled, marketed, or sold as a medication, supplement, food, cosmetic, or treatment. Any information provided by Mutiny Tides is for general education and product reference only.
Are your products third-party tested?
At Mutiny Tides, transparency is important to us, and we want to be clear about where we are today and where we are headed.
As we continue to grow and are able to purchase in larger quantities, our goal is to move toward independent third-party testing on select products while doing our best to maintain the affordable pricing our customers appreciate.
We have intentionally kept our pricing accessible so this side of the business can grow responsibly with customer demand. As that demand increases, independent third-party testing will become a larger part of our product process.
Our weight management research products are expected to be among the first items prioritized for independent third-party testing.
In the meantime, we will continue to provide available product documentation, supplier information, COAs, and batch-related references when available, and we will clearly communicate what type of documentation is being provided.
What is a COA?
A COA, or Certificate of Analysis, is a document that may show testing information related to a specific product or batch.
A COA may include details such as:
- Product name
- Batch or lot number
- Purity information
- Testing date
- Testing method
- Lab or vendor information
COAs are provided for transparency and reference. Customers should review the available documentation and make their own informed decisions before purchasing.
How do I find testing information for a product?
Testing information can be found on our COA / Product Documentation page.
When available, each product may include certificates or supporting documentation provided by our vendors, an independent lab, or independent testing arranged through a group of buyers.
Documentation may include:
- Vendor-provided Certificates of Analysis
- Independent lab testing
- Batch or lot information
- Product reference documents
- Independent testing shared through group buyer testing
Our goal is to make product documentation easy to access, clearly labeled, and transparent so customers can make informed research purchasing decisions.
Do you provide dosing instructions?
Mutiny Tides does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, treatment protocols, or personal-use recommendations.
However, we do believe in creating a supportive community of researchers. Customers are welcome to reach out with general product questions, research-reference questions, or to ask what other researchers have commonly discussed or experienced.

Do you offer starter kits?
Yes, when available, Mutiny Tides may offer starter-style kits or bundled supplies to make ordering easier.
Starter kits may include items such as:

- Storage or travel case options
Kit contents may vary by listing. Always review the product description before ordering.
How should research materials be stored?
In general, many research materials should be kept in a cool, dry place before reconstitution and stored refrigerated after reconstitution when applicable.
Most research peptides are kept refrigerated after being reconstituted.
How does ordering work?
Mutiny Tides may use a manual payment process depending on the item and checkout setup.
In general:
- Submit your order through the website.
- Your payment option should be chosen at checkout. Venmo can be sent immediately if you chose to do so.
- Once payment is received, your order moves into fulfillment.
- Tracking information is provided once the order ships.
This process helps us keep orders organized while continuing to offer flexible payment options.
What payment options do you accept?
Payment options may vary depending on the order type and availability.
Current options may include:
- Venmo
- Cash App
- Credit or debit card invoice with afterpay option
If your order requires a separate invoice, please use the payment link provided to complete your order. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders are typically processed as quickly as possible.
When available, orders placed before 2 PM Monday–Friday may ship the same day. Processing times may vary depending on inventory, payment confirmation, weekends, holidays, and order volume.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Do you offer local delivery?
Local delivery may be available for qualifying local orders.
If local delivery is available at checkout, select that option and Mutiny Tides will contact you to coordinate pickup or delivery details.
